Dr Rebecca Moretti is a 2006 graduate of Michigan State University. She was born and raised in Pennsylvania. After graduating from Indiana University of PA, she worked as a veterinary technician for 2 years in Florida then went on to earn her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine. She returned to Florida and began practicing emergency and general medicine at a 24 hr veterinary hospital.
With over 12 years of experience, Dr Moretti is passionate about the importance of preventative care. Her professional interests include dermatology, wound management, soft tissue surgery and dentistry.
As a Fear Free certified practitioner, she always considers the emotional well-being of her patients. With her practical approach, she believes quality veterinary care should be made available to all pet owners as affordability as possible.
Dr Moretti has rescued 3 dogs and 2 cats over the years including Luca a border collie mix, Charlie a senior black lab mix, Bella a mini poodle, Rocky a senior tabby and Maestro a tuxedo. She has a fondness for chows and greyhounds, having previously owned both.
Her personal interests include healthy eating and fitness, hiking, traveling, watching live music and trying new foods. She currently lives in the Clearwater area.
